The Founder, Baker, and Artist of
D’s Cakesicles.
Once upon a time…
…I was a restaurant manager at Walt Disney World.
It was my dream job to work for such an amazing company. Being able to create magical memories for many guests was very fulfilling.
Just like many others, I was affected by the pandemic and lost my job. It was heartbreaking. That’s when I started baking again.
Encouraged by family and friends, I began selling cakesicles. Little did I know, I had a business in my hands. With the support of my husband, Enmanuel, I made the exciting decision to turn my passion into a business and continue to create magic in a different way; baking and creating delicious sweets for all your special occasions.
That’s how D’s Cakesicles was born.
I was featured in The Local Winter Garden Magazine
I’m a wife and mom of 2 girls, Sofia and Valeria. Family is everything to me and I LOVE being a mom.
When I’m not baking and creating delicious treats for you, I spend time with my family making memories for a lifetime.
Baking has always been my passion, I’ve been doing it for many years but only as a hobby, for family, friends, and special occasions.
I have a home-based cottage bakery located in Winter Garden, FL and I make Cakesicles that are not only delicious but also beautiful!
My love for Disney didn’t come to an end when I stopped working there. I am now translating that into D’s Cakesicles, bringing you inspired designs of many of their characters.
Don’t worry! I’m open to create other unique designs just for you in addition to all the Disney favorites we have all come to know and love.
